Use of Services
AutoIntake Pro provides AI-powered voice and chat-based intake services tailored for law firms and legal professionals. This includes the screening of prospective clients, qualifying new legal matters, scheduling consultations, and automating responses via voice, SMS, or web chat.
Use of our services is subject to your agreement to provide accurate intake criteria and comply with all applicable laws, including legal advertising, confidentiality, and client engagement standards.
Payment Terms
All services are billed according to your selected subscription plan or custom service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are not provided for setup work, AI training, or minutes used once services have commenced. Please contact us promptly with any billing concerns.
AI Voice and SMS Usage
AutoIntake Pro may communicate with your prospective or existing clients via AI-powered voice calls and SMS messaging. These communications are designed solely for intake-related functions, including qualification, scheduling, or follow-up.
Your firm is responsible for configuring call logic, setting intake rules, and informing us of any legal restrictions that may apply to your jurisdiction or practice area. AI calls do not establish an attorney-client relationship or provide legal advice.
A2P Messaging Compliance
By providing your contact information or uploading data into the system, you consent to receive SMS or voice communications for service updates, intake actions, and appointment reminders.
AutoIntake Pro adheres to A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging standards and will only send automated messages with your express consent. You or your clients may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate intake scripts, qualification rules, and contact information for your firm. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AutoIntake Pro complies with state bar rules, advertising regulations, and confidentiality laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
You must inform us of any changes to your contact preferences, compliance requirements, or service parameters.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update service features to improve performance or meet regulatory changes. We will notify you of any significant changes that may affect service delivery or intake outcomes.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your service by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered through the cancellation date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received or these Terms are violated.
Liability Disclaimer
AutoIntake Pro operates on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver high accuracy and performance, we do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for missed leads, call quality issues, scheduling errors, or false positives/negatives in lead qualification. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for services over the prior 60 days.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description:
AutoIntake Pro’s SMS service provides appointment confirmations, intake reminders, follow-ups, and status updates based on your configured system settings.
Opting Out:
You or your clients may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.” Confirmation will be sent immediately. You may rejoin the service at any time by re-subscribing through your portal or via message.

Carrier Liability:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
All content, scripts, processes, configurations, logos, branding, and custom flows created or provided by AutoIntake Pro remain the intellectual property of Blazing Interwebs LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of our system without written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or service offerings. The latest version will always be posted on our website. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or system message.
